Over the past nine years working in the catalog creative world, I've had the pleasure of managing many aspects of catalog production for companies including Design Within Reach, Red Envelope and Restoration Hardware. My role typically involved setting up and managing company critical dates calendars (keeping key stakeholders on schedule), participating in key marketing strategy meetings, scheduling, leading and mentoring department staff, overseeing and controlling department budgets, and managing and cultivating print, paper and pre-press relationships.
